Brief

Transfrd is a ticket and bookings transfer marketplace where people swap or pass on events they can no longer attend, without inflated resale pricing. I was brought in to translate the existing Figma designs into a real, responsive product and to pressure-test the marketplace mechanics, compliance considerations and onboarding model along the way.
