Brief

Coconut Spaces is a regional marketplace for local venues, designed around how people actually search for somewhere to celebrate, meet, work, or trade. As Fractional CTO, I led the full product and technical delivery, from concept and brand direction through to a production-ready marketplace with real paying users and a working regional SEO foundation.

Browse Spaces — discovery and inventory in a clean results grid
Filters — refine by category, region, facilities and quick filters without leaving the page
Listing detail — gallery, location, verification and a clear price-to-book
Request to book — date selection and contextual host messaging
Trust and moderation — reporting built into every listing
Suppliers directory — caterers, mobile bars and partners alongside the spaces
Seller onboarding — eight guided sections with clear progress and required fields
Seller dashboard — spaces, bookings and financials in one operational view

I led product strategy, brand direction, and full-stack delivery, evolving the platform from earlier identities (SpaceBook, SpaceBay) into Coconut Spaces with a sharper market position and a launch-ready technical foundation.
